For a technical issue, include your app version, iPhone or iPad model, iOS version, and the steps that led to the problem. If you attach a screenshot, hide private information. Please do not send your private selections or invitation and reply text.
How do two people find an overlap?
- The sender chooses a topic and items, then copies and sends the invitation text through a messaging service.
- The responder imports the invitation, makes their own selections, and sends back the generated reply text.
- The original sender imports the reply on the device holding that round to compute the overlap.
In this version, only the sender receives the result in the app.
Why won't a reply work?
Check that you copied the complete reply without editing it and are returning to the original round on the original device. A reply from another round will not work. Replacing a pending round or removing its local data may prevent the original reply from being processed.
Do I need an account or an internet connection?
No account is needed. Searching the bundled lists and computing matches work locally. Your messaging service, external links, and this support website may require internet access.
Where are my results?
Completed sender results are stored in local history. The app has no developer-operated account backup or sync service. We cannot recover missing local rounds or results. Device backups depend on your Apple settings.
How do I remove data?
Delete history entries in the app. This does not clear the current session. When available on the result screen, "Start over" clears the current session. Pending rounds do not automatically expire. Earlier device backups and messages you shared must be managed separately.

两个人怎样计算交集？
- 发起方选择场景及条目，将生成的邀请文字通过聊天服务发送给对方。
- 响应方导入邀请，完成自己的选择，再把生成的回传文字发回。
- 原发起方在保存该轮次的原设备上导入回传，计算交集。
当前版本仅发起方在应用中获得结果。
为什么无法处理回传？
请确认复制了完整回传文字、没有修改内容，并回到原设备上的原轮次。其他轮次的回传无法使用。替换待完成轮次或移除本地数据后，原回传可能无法继续处理。
需要账号或联网吗？
不需要账号。搜索内置词表和计算交集在本地完成。聊天服务、外部链接及本支持网站可能需要联网。
结果保存在哪里？
发起方已完成的结果保存在本地历史中，没有开发者运营的账号备份或同步服务。我们无法恢复丢失的本地轮次或结果。设备备份取决于你的苹果设置。
怎样删除数据？
你可以在应用中删除历史记录，但这不会清除当前会话。结果页提供「重新开始」时，可用它清除当前会话。待完成轮次不会自动过期。旧设备备份和已分享的聊天消息需要另行管理。
